Charles has over 30 years’ experience as a director and senior executive in both small and medium business (SMB) and large international corporations, including direct, retail, indirect and online channels, marketing, acquisitions and partnerships. At IBM Asia Pacific (Vice-President, Technology Services and Mid-Market and Director, Strategy and Acquisitions), which then became Kyndryl Australia (Managing Director), Charles had full P&L responsibility for a $1bn businesses in Japan and Australia. In Telstra (Managing Direct, Mid-Market and Executive Director, Small Business), he had a profit contribution responsibility of $1.5bn running the SMB segment for the largest telco in Australia. At OfficeMax (CEO and Managing Director), Charles’ team delivered a significant turnaround of a $600m business across retail, online and direct channels to both business and consumer markets.
